Swank Farm has been in business for 13 years growing over 350 varieties of produce consisting of leafy greens, micro greens and herbs, vegetables , fruit and edible flowers. Swank Produce is grown two ways; hydroponic - plants grown in a nutrient rich water solution in our two shade houses and organic production grown in full sun. All our produce is grown with no fungicide, herbicide or pesticide.

All our produce is packed in a 1/2 bushel lined, waxed box. The leafy greens still containing the roots. Micro greens and herbs are packed living in a 16 or 30 plug flat inside a clear plastic clamshell. Properly stored, the produce should have a 3-4 week shelf life.

We harvest your order throughout the day, load our van, and head off the farm around 4:00pm to begin delivery to your door . We deliver to Miami on Monday's and Friday's, Fort Lauderdale and Orlando on Tuesday's , Boca through Manalapan on Wednesday's and Wellington through Jupiter on Thursday's weekly. Farm pickup is available Monday - Friday with 24 hours notice. We have a minimum of $250.00 for delivery to your restaurant.
